Protection against product piracy

Koelnmesse supports you if you discover fakes of your products or abuse of your brands at the trade fair. We already pay attention in advance so that product piracy doesn't have a chance at our trade fairs.

• If we receive concrete indications about an existing or threatening breach of property rights when a company registers for a trade fair, we already write to such exhibitors prior to the respective event and point out the terms of participation and the resulting consequences.
• In case of doubt, we exclude repeat offenders from our trade fairs.
• If you should suspect anyone of product piracy during the trade fair, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will put you in touch with experts.

At several trade fairs that are particularly at risk, you will additionally find a "No Copy! Pro Original" counter, which we operate together with the German Patent and Trademark Office.
